Some dogs have been bred for many moons to Nip or Bite!
And it was perfect for certain scenarios.
It worked out great for farmers who needed herding dogs to control their livestock.
However, it doesn't work out so great when you live in the city.
And, you don't need any livestock (your family) herded...
Plus, you just want to pet your pup without getting mouthed and teethed...and so does everyone else.
Biting & Nipping doesn't have to be a constant part of your life.
Even if your dog tried to bite/nip you to engage in play, and you had the power to communicate, "Yes, I hear you want to play... however, we won't play if you're going to bite me"
And if your dog stopped...wouldn't that be wonderful?
